We will provide a competitive bid based on the created manufacturer’s paint specification, which will outline a scope of work, proper application procedures and coating schedule.

Quality, quality, quality.

We take pride in the quality of our application techniques. To insure maximum film thickness and a uniform finish over 90% of our surfaces are painted by hand utilizing a brush or roller. The only surfaces we spray are doors and metal coated surfaces. We utilize many other quality measures such as using our own truck-borne water and the use of bio-degradable cleaners.

Risk-free payment system.

PD Painting never asks for deposit money up front. We will complete a pre- determined percentage of the community, then furnish you with releases from the paint supplier proving our paint bill is paid in full, then submit an invoice to you. This takes the risk factor away, because you only pay us when you are satisfied with our work.

PD Painting is the only painting contractor in Florida to offer to re-inspect your community and touch up specific areas 12 months after the completion of the project at NO CHARGE! We also offer maintenance plans to return in 24 to 36 months to pressure clean the entire community. This will remove any contaminates which could have accumulated, and “freshen up” the painted surfaces.
